More time, less stress, full cost coverage. With General Practitioner-Centered Care (HzV) we optimize medical care for you and your children.

Why participation is worth it for you:

• Priority appointments: Shorter waiting times and exclusive appointment slots for HzV families – ideal when everyday life leaves no time to wait.
• The Health Navigator: We coordinate all specialist appointments and keep track of everything. No duplicate examinations, no conflicting medications.
• Evening consultation hours: For working parents, we frequently offer extended contact options as part of the HzV.
• Preventive extra: We actively remind you of upcoming check-ups and vaccinations.

The costs? Zero euros.

Participation is completely free of charge for you. It is an additional service of your statutory health insurance fund to enhance the quality of your care. In some cases, health insurance funds even grant members enrolled in the family doctor model bonuses or exemptions from co-payments.

• Family doctor principle: For medical questions you always come to us first (emergencies, gynecologists, and ophthalmologists excepted).
• Referral service: We issue the referrals, so that all findings are collected centrally with us for you.
